This is my first blog, so bare with me cuz I know I need to vent right now.
Today, well the past year off and on has been quite the challenge with Taysen and his behavior. I am at a complete loss of what to do with him, we have tried time outs, we have tried taking away toys, we have tried spanking, we have tried hot sauce(on the tongue for 3-4 seconds then spit out) NOTHING works!!!! I am honestly thinking something is wrong with him. He thinks it is funny when he gets in trouble, by trouble I mean doing things to make others mad/upset on purpose and then he laughs, throwing things, hitting, tearing papers, breaking toys, dumping out other people's drinks, throwing away or dropping other's food on the floor before they are done with it. Lately he is constantly lying or when he knows he has done wrong he tries not to make eye contact until you demand it 4 or 5 times. With him showing the lack of eye contact I know he understands that he did wrong, so that is not the case with him. He constantly says sorry, but I wonder if he truly knows what it means. Don't get me wrong, he can be a very sweet loving little boy, he is very smart and behaves well at school and for others(grandparents). I am sick of hearing that it is the middle child syndrome, we praise all of our kids strongly with their good behavior every chance we get, even if it is just something as simple as they remembered to brush their tongue when they were brushing their teeth. Taysen always manages to make himself the center of attention, whether in a good or bad way. Where do I even start for any of this. I have mentioned his behavior to the dr's at appts and to his teachers, but they never see any of it or try to discuss it further. What am I supposed to do? I know this isn't normal :(
I am stressed to the MAX today I have had 2 anxiety attacks and I refuse to go back on medicine when I know I am not the problem!!

Hi everyone! I'm just getting started on Momaroo... Drop me a comment if you've got some ideas on what to do first - or just to say, "Hi!"
